WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an item by +3. A random additional substat is also increased with each upgrade.

The more modernized gear generally has a greater value for trade as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or very high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). Upgrades are not as useful for those with lower requirements due to the need to roll an exact version.

Recycle Points

This is especially true for items such as trinkets and rings that take up several slots. The account-wide discount will only be applicable if all the slots on the character are filled with high-quality equipment.
